8. Prices slightly nego with fast deal ($5 off is not slightly nego; ridiculous price quotes will be conveniently ignored)

10. I decide who I want to deal with. If you cannot confirm the deal & meetup fast, don't blame me if I sell the item/s to someone else.
11. For swaps, pls top up the value if my item/s is/are more expensive than yours.
